During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location was excellent, with shopping areas and a subway station nearby. the staff were very helpful, storing my luggage before and after my check-in. Lastly, the internet connection was good, much better than in most hotels.
There were a few negative points. there was a lot of noise at night, which made it hard to sleep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is excellent, right next to Tobalaba metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. It is also in the center of town, so everything is easily accessible. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Nicolas at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to assist me with an issue regarding my delayed luggage. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a kitchenette and a delicious breakfast that was delivered to my room every morning.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.
